• Follow-up of the Official Gazette and the official websites of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) and the Ministry of Energy
  
• Daily monitoring and evaluation of sectoral news (local, regional and worldwide)
• Follow-up of the activities of local energy associations
• Providing insights and feedback on studies in the field of energy law and trade
• Providing legal opinon to our clients regarding –both- existing and potential sectoral regulations
• Reviewing the existing contract formats of our clients and due diligence study in regards to their compliance with the articles of association, Board Decisions and regulations
• Informing the clients about the notifications and / or reports they need to submit to EMRA
• Making necessary legal evaluations to ensure compliance with obligations arising from sectoral regulations
• Preparation and sharing of daily informative e-mails and reporting and feedback on regular basis
  
• Follow-up of the lawsuits to be filed for the collection of receivables arising from loss of profit, penalty requirement, unjust enrichment and borrowing agreements between fuel distribution companies and their dealers, execution of enforcement proceedings regarding the collection of receivables arising from the current account
• Providing legal consultancy and filing necessary lawsuits on petroleum-LPG distribution and dealership activities, administrative penalties and sanctions applied within the scope of these activities
• Carrying out the necessary legal process for the cancellation of the Administrative Fines Imposed by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority before the Council of State
• Providing legal consultancy services to companies operating in the petroleum and LPG sectors in accordance with all current legislation.
• Checking and preparing the lease, mortgage and usufruct agreements to be established within the scope of the dealership relationship
• Providing legal consultancy and preparing opinions on issues that may arise related to the above articles
