About Us

Founded in Istanbul in 2004, Verda is a law firm that provides a wide range of qualified legal service in Turkish, English, French, Russian and Italian languages with its expert and qualified lawyer and consultancy staff, to local and international clients operating in different fields.

Today's world which is becoming smaller and complicated with digital transformation, proves the need for fast, effective and solution-oriented legal support in every sense. Hence, "preventive legal consultancy" and "supporting process management" approaches are the two main principles Verda follows. This understanding, which we define as process management, includes regular briefing meetings especially with in-house departments, review of work flows and legal enlightenment on alternative solutions for the amicable settlement of disputes.

Data and information processed will be deleted, destroyed or exterminated by one of the methods which is found appropriate by VERDA once the legal or contractual filing period expires. Credit card information entered into the system diverted over Online Debt Payment field is not recorded by VERDA.  The website may use cookies to remember the visitor in further visits. This statement is intended to inform you on how your personal data is processed by Verda in accordance with applicable regulations including Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPPD") as well as the relevant secondary regulations and the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") decisions (together hereinafter referred to as "Data Protection Legislation").

Personal data refers to your personal information that may vary depending on the content of the service such as your name, surname, telephone number, address, e-mail address, date of birth, bank account information and special categories of personal data such as health information, which you choose to share with us via this website and other communication channels.
Your personal data may be processed by Verda in accordance with the principles and procedures set out in Data Protection Legislation for the purposes of establishing a contractual relationship with you under Code of Lawyers, fulfil our obligations under our contracts, evaluating your requests, providing you with legal updates and improving your online experience.

VERDA
Within the scope of the measures taken against the risks arising from the COVID - 19 epidemics, all the necessary technological and logistic infrastructure is in place to enable our team to continue their work remotely unless they are required to be in the office. Every precaution has been taken to ensure that our services provided to our clients continue without delay. Currently, work is carried out in our office with physical participation, and necessary disinfection is been carried out on a regular basis in our building and work offices. In addition, common areas are disinfected daily and ozonized.
